* As of January 15, 2009, the IFAI Professional Certification program is being suspended until further notice.  Over the past three years, an average of only seven individuals has been certified per year. IFAI must evaluate the cost of offering a program that does not appear to be of primary importance to the majority of our members in its current form.     Please note: We are putting the certification program "on hold" in order to investigate alternatives such as revising the individual certification program, and/or introducing a company level certification program. In the meantime, IFAI will no longer be accepting new applicants or renewal applications. For those who are up for renewal, we are extending their certification while we review our options.   Please contact Kathy Mattson, VP Member Services at +1 651 225 6942 or kjmattson@ifai.com if you have any questions or comments.
